Your Tasks
- Review customers’ specifications, additional legal/statutory requirements (Q related), and compare them to VH standards to identify main relationships and differences, ensuring proper requirements management and compliance.
- Review and issue project-specific Quality Plans and documentation (e.g., Inspection & Test Plans, QS, MGS).
- Support the development of project-specific sourcing and manufacturing strategies and schedules, ensuring all relevant quality activities and requirements are considered and aligned with strategies.
- Support, facilitate, review, and approve project-specific Design & Process FMEAs, verification and validation reports, ensuring proper methodology, risk analysis, classification, action definition, and implementation.
- Ensure quality integration through process audits and verifications within VH (e.g., Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Field Services) based on project data analysis.
- Drive and support continuous improvement activities within VH based on project data analysis.
- Monitor the Project Quality Budget and inform the Project Manager and Project Quality Manager accordingly (e.g., compliance with SFC value; proceeding in case of deviations).
Your Profile
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Material, or equivalent).
- Relevant experience in Quality Management & Quality Engineering.
- Experience with Hydro MEGA / Complex Projects is advantageous.
- Knowledge in business processes and non-quality functions like Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Purchasing.
- 1st (Internal) and 2nd (Supplier) party auditor qualification.
- ISO certification; Lead Auditor qualification is an advantage.
- Qualifications in electrical, dimensional, NDT testing, and Lean Management are advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, result-oriented, pragmatic, and customer-focused working style.
- Experience and willingness to work in cross-functional teams.
