Qualifikationen

Summary
We are looking for a "Project Production Manager (f/m/d)" for the "EW Series" division at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

Our field of activity includes the assembly, integration and testing of broadband high-frequency, avionic and optoelectronic assemblies and systems in series production and as customer returns.

Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the production share of the projects to be supervised within the agreed cost framework, in the required quality and taking into account economic framework conditions
• Contact person for all aspects of production as a member of the project team
• Planning, control and coordination of all work required to achieve objectives
• Assembling the production team in coordination with the service areas
• Initiating and carrying out acceptance tests with customers
• Incorporating production requirements into the development phases
• Creating, updating and approving the production concept
• Monitoring the production order and initiating measures in the event of deviations
• Carrying out the internal production kick-off meeting and internal production project reviews
• Project-related control and reporting

Your Profile

• Degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, electrical engineering, communications engineering or similar
• Additional qualification in business administration
• Several years of professional experience in production, development and / or the program area
• Very good knowledge of production processes, production control and planning
• Good knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office
• Decision-making ability, analytical thinking
• Confident appearance and entrepreneurial thinking
• Initiative, ability to work independently and assertiveness
• Business fluent in German and English
