SAP is seeking a Project Principal Consultant / Principal SuccessFactors Project Manager to oversee complex projects throughout their lifecycle. This leadership role focuses on managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project delivery aligns with strategic goals, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Candidates should have substantial experience in project management, particularly within the SAP SuccessFactors framework, and exhibit strong negotiation and communication skills.

What you'll do
The Project Principal Consultant / Principal SuccessFactors Project Manager (hereafter called Project Manager) is responsible for the overall management of a project throughout its lifecycle. The Project Manager has the qualifications and business acumen to manage large scale, high risk, strategic projects that span organizational boundaries including multiple business units and service partners/vendors. They provide leadership to cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outputs to time, budget, and project quality criteria.
The Project Manager also ensures adherence to project management methodology best practices, provides project manager mentoring, performs Project Management Reviews and reinforces the enterprise knowledge management through the communication of lessons learned and best practices development.
Besides managing projects the Project Manager can be asked to assist during the Bid Phase of the customer engagement by providing input into the proposal or answer to RFP/RFI.
