About the Job

We are seeking a Project Portfolio Manager for IFF Pharma Solutions. This role is crucial for executing pipeline projects within R&D and applications to enhance operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of product development projects, including initiation, timeline management, recognizing interdependencies, removing barriers, and escalation.
• Plan and control budgets, resource allocation, and expenditures.
• Track milestones, set KPIs, and develop innovation dashboards (e.g., PowerBI).
• Support financial project assessments and business case development.
• Coordinate with marketing and commercial stakeholders.
