What we offer:

• Creating and maintaining project plans in close cooperation with the project managers
• Planning and monitoring project milestones, schedules and resources
• Identifying and managing risks and bottlenecks in the project process
• Close coordination with interdisciplinary teams (technology, production, logistics) to ensure on-time implementation
• Monitoring project costs and budget control in collaboration with the finance department
• Creating status reports and presentations for management and customers
• Support in the coordination of international projects, including communication with external partners and suppliers

What we are looking for:

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study
• First professional experience in project planning or project management, ideally in battery production or mechanical engineering
• Very good organizational skills and a strong analytical mindset
• Experience in using project management tools and methods (e.g. MS Project, Primavera)
• Good communication skills in German and English
• Independent working style and team orientation
• Willingness to travel for occasional on-site assignments with customers
