The role - what is it we would like you to do?

Currie & Brown is looking for a proactive and career-focused Project & Team Administrator to join our busy, growing team. This is a varied role supporting regional leadership, finance processes, HR activity, proposals and day-to-day office operations. It would suit someone ambitious, organised and commercially aware who wants to build their experience in a professional consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Management support: Provide high-quality support to the regional management team, helping to coordinate priorities, meetings, actions and deliverables.
  • Finance support: Support invoices, purchase orders, expenses, credit card reconciliation, supplier liaison and accurate spreadsheet tracking.
  • HR and people support: Coordinate people-related activity, including welcoming new starters and ensuring equipment, access and log-in arrangements are in place.
  • Proposal support: Assist with proposals, submissions, reports and other client-facing or internal documents, ensuring work is accurate, professional and well presented.
