As a Workload Manager in the Single Aisle Electric division, you’ll bring transparency to engineering – right where innovation is part of everyday life. The gross annual salary ranges between €73,000 and max. €75,900, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa). This position is initially limited until 31 December 2026.

Job description

Tasks

• Creation and maintenance of driver-based workload planning in the area of electrical systems
• Regular target/actual comparison, derivation and implementation of measures in the event of deviations
• Data analysis and reporting for management decisions, including presentation at various hierarchical levels
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings in the area of engineering and project management
• Close cooperation with related areas such as Skill Management, Operations and Business Management
• Development and introduction of process improvements, new methods and tools in the area of PMT
• Interface function between engineering, production and management
  

Requirements

• Completed studies in industrial engineering or business administration
• Several years of experience in project management as well as initial experience in controlling and finance
• Knowledge in stakeholder management and resource management is desirable
• Excellent skills in data analysis, data management and data visualization
• Familiar with project management methods, ideally also with agile working methods
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Google Workspace
• Fluent English skills (min. C1) and proficient German skills (min. B2)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
