The gross annual salary ranges between €73,000 and max. €75,900, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa). This position is initially limited until 31 December 2026.
Job description
Tasks
- Creation and maintenance of driver-based workload planning in the area of electrical systems
- Regular target/actual comparison, derivation and implementation of measures in the event of deviations
- Data analysis and reporting for management decisions, including presentation at various hierarchical levels
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings in the area of engineering and project management
- Close cooperation with related areas such as Skill Management, Operations and Business Management
- Development and introduction of process improvements, new methods and tools in the area of PMT
- Interface function between engineering, production and management
Requirements
- Completed studies in industrial engineering or business administration
- Several years of experience in project management as well as initial experience in controlling and finance
- Knowledge in stakeholder management and resource management is desirable
- Excellent skills in data analysis, data management and data visualization
- Familiar with project management methods, ideally also with agile working methods
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Google Workspace
- Fluent English skills (min. C1) and proficient German skills (min. B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
