• Lead projects within the Wafer Inspection Optics business area and support BBP product management in the maintenance and expansion of a portfolio of standard and add-on products.
• Plan, structure, and execute projects aimed at optimizing and further developing products, product cost structures, and associated manufacturing processes, while ensuring adherence to targets, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate closely with product management, R&D, sales, quality, finance, procurement, and production—across different locations.
• Lead a project team of approximately 5-10 members (including coaching, coordination, alignment, and facilitating the resolution of issues during the project lifecycle).
• Represent the project and the products both internally and externally, including in dealings with the customer.

• Lead projects within the Wafer Inspection Optics business area and support BBP product management in the maintenance and expansion of a portfolio of standard and add-on products
• Plan, structure, and execute projects aimed at optimizing and further developing products, product cost structures, and associated manufacturing processes, while ensuring adherence to targets, budgets, and schedules
• Collaborate closely with product management, R&D, sales, quality, finance, procurement, and production-including across different locations
• Lead a project team of approximately 5-10 members (including coaching, coordination, alignment, and facilitating the resolution of issues during the project lifecycle)
• Represent the project and the products both internally and externally, including in dealings with the customer

Your Profile:

• A successfully completed degree in science or engineering from a university or university of applied sciences
• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience, basic business knowledge, and project leadership experience-ideally within the semiconductor supplier or OEM sector
• Solid expertise in managing development projects and a fundamental technical understanding of optical systems
• A recognized project management certification (e.g., GPM) is an asset
• A confident demeanor and strong interpersonal skills (including lateral leadership and networking capabilities), as well as a collaborative mindset and a customer-oriented approach
• Strong technical aptitude enabling you to analyze and manage complex issues, an independent and structured working style, and the ability to navigate effectively in a VUCA environment
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, along with business-fluent English skills
