The Project Manager has the overall responsibility during the entire project execution and readiness phases until final acceptance and handover to Service. Ensure and lead the team to achieve the project KPIs and fulfill the contract.

YOUR TASKS

• The Project Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating, and leading the project team during the execution and readiness phases, ensuring a safe and successful wind farm installation in terms of costs, quality, time, and other KPIs.
• Act as the internal representative of the project to support services within the organization. Serve as the main contact and interface between all departments related to the project, including Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, and operational departments.
• Oversee the financial aspects of the project, conduct risk analysis, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure the implementation of all company QHSE policies throughout all project phases and ensure compliance with HSE and technical requirements at the wind farm site.
• Manage safety for the project team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders on site.
• Manage institutional relationships, contractual discussions, claims, disputes, and contractual matters with clients and suppliers.
• Handle customer relations, contract management, claims, change orders, invoicing, and cash collection.
• Set up and maintain project management tools such as schedules, risk matrices, forecasts, organizational charts, and updates.
• Control and report performance indicators as defined by the PM department.

YOUR PROFILE

• Qualifications in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Conflict resolution experience and international exposure.
• Experience in project management, preferably in the wind sector or a comparable industry on an international scale.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Availability to travel.
• Proficiency in English and German is required.
