The Project Manager has the overall responsibility during the entire Project execution and readiness phases until final acceptance and handover to Service. Ensure and lead the team to achieve the KPIs of the project and fulfill the contract.

YOUR TASKS

1. The Project Manager is responsible throughout the Project Execution and Readiness phases until final acceptance and handover to Service. Manage, coordinate, and lead the project team, with authority over all aspects to ensure a safe and successful wind farm installation, meeting costs, quality, time, and other KPIs.
2. Act as the "Internal representative" of the project to support services within the organization. Serve as the main contact person and interface among all departments related to the project, ensuring alignment with functions such as Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, and operational departments.
3. Handle the financial aspects of the project, conduct risk analysis, and implement mitigation plans proactively.
4. Implement all company-defined QHSE policies throughout all project phases. Ensure compliance with HSE and technical requirements at the wind farm site.
5. Ensure the safety of the project team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders on site.
6. Manage institutional relationships, including commercial and contractual discussions with stakeholders, claims, disputes, and contractual matters with clients and suppliers.
7. Oversee customer relations, contract management, claims, change orders, invoicing, and cash collection.
8. Set up and maintain project management tools such as schedules, risk matrices, forecasts, organizational charts, etc.
9. Control and report on performance indicators as defined by the PM department.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Qualifications in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields.
2. More than 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Conflict resolution experience and international exposure.
4. Experience in project management.
5. Experience in the Wind Sector or similar industry on an international scale.
6. Project management qualification (PMP) is a plus.
7. Availability to travel.
8. Proficiency in English and German is required.
