Become part of our talented deugro team. We are seeking a Project Manager - Subsea Cable Logistics, available in Hamburg, Germany / Rotterdam, Netherlands, or remotely across Europe.

Position Overview:

We need a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead logistics operations mainly for subsea cable projects. This role requires a hands-on, flexible professional with a strong background in cable handling and a willingness to travel globally. You will also support the sales team with technical input during tendering processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee the loading and unloading of subsea cables at ports and vessels.
2. Manage end-to-end logistics for cable transport, storage, and deployment.
3. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and vessel crews for smooth project execution.
4. Provide technical input to the sales team during tendering and proposal phases.
5. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
6. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure operational readiness and quality control.
7. Maintain project documentation, reports, and risk assessments.
8. Support procurement and mobilization of logistics equipment and personnel.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

1. Proven experience in subsea cable logistics, especially in loading/unloading operations.
2. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
4. Willingness to travel internationally and work offshore as needed.

6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
