Project Manager Strategy (m/f/d)

Location: flexible

Your Responsibilities:

• An essential part of your tasks will be collecting and analyzing information and data related to procedural efficiency within the organization
• You will develop new solutions, practices and strategies to support long-term business growth
• Further, you will interview organization employees and complete on-site observations to better understand organizational strategy and efficiency
• Collaborating and working with managers and executives to ensure strategies are performing will also be an essential part
• You will research and analyze market trends and industry competition
• Presenting findings, projections and recommended strategies will be one of your goals

Your Profile:

• You hold a university degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Production or Industrial Engineering and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• You have minimum 5 years of experience in the field of manufacturing, digital or supply in a multinational environment
• Further, you have good knowledge in manufacturing processes and cutting tools
• Strong research, conceptual and analytical skills to interpret market and industry data as well as project management skills are key
• Current understanding of industry trends and processes
• Knowledge of financial structures
• Besides your problem-solving skills to create optimized strategies that account for and mitigate risk, entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action are essential to you
• You are fluent in English (oral and written) and your verbal and communication skills help you to collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization
• Further, you also have very good presentation skills and thinking out of the box skills
• You enjoy working in international teams, including worldwide travel activities
