Your tasks- Project Planning and Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules, including setting deadlines and milestones.
- Resource Allocation: Assign and manage project resources, including team members, materials, and equipment.
- Budgeting and Cost Management: Establish and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize their impact on the project.
- Quality Management: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications together with the quality engineer.
- Communication and Customer Management: Coordinate and communicate with team members, customers, and suppliers.
- Project Monitoring and Control: Track project progress, inclusive of project reports and meeting minutes, identify and address deviations from the plan, and take corrective action as needed.
- Issue and Conflict Resolution: Resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Project Closure: Formalize project completion, document lessons learned, and evaluate project success.
Your qualifications- Degree BSc, MSc or equivalent in engineering, sciences or electronics.
- Substantial experience in technical project management.
- Mandatory very good communication skills and writing skills in English language.
- Team spirit, ability to work autonomously, ability to lead the project team.
- High ability to analyze problems and to lead the team to a solution.
- Effective time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
