Jobbeschreibung

As a Strategic Accounts Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and our clients' needs. You will work closely with Program Management, Sales, Product Management, R&D, and clients to design and implement VusionGroup solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with Strategic Account Directors to understand customer requirements and present the best fitting solutions.
2. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for potential customers.
3. Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance user experience.
4. Provide technical support during the integration of VusionGroup solutions into customers' ecosystems.
5. Manage the implementation project from the lab until the industrialization of the solution in collaboration with the Program Manager.
6. Create and maintain technical documentation related to customer projects.
7. Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to relay customer needs and suggest product improvements.
8. Support the teams during the implementation of new products and features.
9. Train clients on new technologies and solutions to ensure successful adoption.
10. Serve as a technical expert of VusionGroup solutions, train the team on new products, and be involved in onboarding new team members.

Qualifications :

We are looking for candidates with:

Experience

Successful experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role as a Solution Engineer in retail, AI, or Computer Vision.

Education

• Engineering degree (specialization in Retail or IT is a plus).

Skills / Abilities

• Self-starter with a proven track record.
• Excellent relation skills, ranging from store level to C-level executives.
• Background in retail.
• Experience with process improvement and inventory control.
• Fluent in English and German (verbal & written); knowledge of additional major languages is a plus).
