Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is delighted to present a Project Manager - Solar PV role in Halle (Saale), Germany. You will lead Solar PV revamps and maintenance for utility-scale projects, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, with budgets, schedules, risks, and safety priorities at the core.

You must be fluent in German, hold a driving license, and be willing to travel to sites across Germany.

• Experience of Project Managing construction, installation or maintenance projects.
• Background working on large scale renewable infrastructure (Solar, BESS, Wind etc).
• Driving License
• Fluent in German

Aufgaben

• Managing Solar PV projects from planning through to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Managing budgets, schedules, risks, and project performance.
• Overseeing H&S ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Maintaining clear reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Frequent site visits across Germany.

In this role, you will manage the delivery of revamping and maintenance projects for utility-scale Solar PV. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will be a Project Manager with a proven background working on renewable energy projects. You will speak fluent German, hold a driving license and be flexible to travel to sites across Germany.
