Join our team as a Project Manager Software Application Expert in the intralogistics sector, where you will lead complex software projects with a strong technical focus. Your role involves organizing and supporting testing activities and ensuring effective communication with customers and stakeholders. Collaborate with departments to drive projects forward, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.

• Leading and managing international, complex large-scale software projects while serving as an effective liaison for clients and suppliers.
• Organize and facilitate support for testing activities, ensuring that all processes are structured and efficient.
• Investigate and optimize testing results to enhance the overall quality of the software projects.
• Promote effective communication with relevant stakeholders involved, and end customer, to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster and enhance collaboration across Software Development departments within Technology & Development, encouraging teamwork and synergy to achieve project goals more effectively.
• The position involves travel to customer sites and other international company locations as needed. Flexibility and a willingness to travel are important aspects of the role.

What you need to succeed

We seek a Project Manager in Software who embodies a spirit of innovation and strategic thinking in the intralogistics sector.

With at least five years of experience in Agile Software Management, you will thrive in a dynamic environment, eager to break new ground. In your profile, you carry with you:

• Proficiency in Java EE
• Expertise in database management with SQL, Postgres, and Oracle DB are essential.
• Knowledge of Weblogic and Wildfly is highly valuable in our projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in testing (regression, system, and unit) are required.
• Familiarity with software development tools like GIT and Jira will enable you to effectively lead projects.
• Your excellent communication abilities in German and English will foster collaboration and teamwork across borders.
• A willingness to travel (20-50%) is important as you collaborate with our global team.

While not required, it's considered a plus if you have:

• Experience with Automated Mixed Case Palletizers and Computer Vision Systems.
• AI experience and knowledge of Genetic Algorithms
