Your responsibilities

1. Ensure quality and excellence in developing sustainable and cost-efficient energy solutions for industrial customers.
2. Improve processes and best-practice methods, ensuring they are applied consistently across regions.
3. Collaborate in project teams to deliver tailored energy solutions to the highest standards.
4. Contribute to establishing knowledge management and develop relevant documentation for project development.
5. Promote knowledge transfer and exchange across regions.
6. Model generation plants and customer production facilities using optimization software during early project phases.
7. Interpret, evaluate, and analyze energy optimization results in coordination with project management.
8. Manage collaborations with leading universities and research institutes.

Your qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in energy project development and with optimization models for energy systems.
• Interest in digitalization and decarbonization of energy-intensive industries.
• Knowledge of thermodynamics and basic financial modeling; experience with software like TOP Energy or Thermoflow is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong self-initiative.
• Independent, reliable, and meticulous working style.
• Fluency in English and German; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Team spirit, engagement, and enjoyment working in an international, interdisciplinary environment.
