About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver a high-impact ServiceNow implementation project. Operating within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment, you will manage complex projects across multiple geographies, driving value and change for the client.
Responsibilities- Manage and deliver projects and workstreams with a focus on Scope, Requirements, Time, Cost, Quality, Risk, and Deliverables/Products/Benefits.
- Engage with stakeholders including users, managers, IT specialists, SME's, architects, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mobilise and lead diverse teams composed of internal staff and external suppliers across organisational and geographical boundaries.
- Proactively manage variances and changes related to scope, time, cost, and quality, taking appropriate mitigation actions when needed.
- Facilitate decision-making processes by aligning stakeholder expectations and ensuring timely communication.
- Provide clear and timely reports on project status, tailored for both business and IT audiences.
- Apply appropriate collaboration methods considering project needs and constraints.
- Proactively identify dependencies and synergies with other initiatives and projects.
About You- Significant IT experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering larger, complex projects.
- Ideally, recent experience managing ServiceNow implementations.
- Extensive knowledge of M365, Active Directory, MS Architecture, Cloud Solutions, Digital Platforms, Infrastructure, Applications, Interfaces, and Data Management.
- Proficient in stakeholder management, including experience engaging at C-level.
- Skilled at managing geographically dispersed teams and collaborating with external partners and suppliers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Resourceful and proactive, capable of anticipating unforeseen challenges and developing contingency plans.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, along with tools such as Jira.
- Experience with business and IT processes.
- Degree educated, with a continuous learning mindset.
- Native or C1-level German proficiency required, with fluency in English.
- Experience with operations and Service Management (ITIL) is desirable.
- Consultancy background is beneficial.
