Responsibilities:
- Handle and coordinate customer inquiries with sales enthusiasm, including quote calculation
- Technical coordination, proposal creation, price negotiations with customers
- Validate price demands from customers
- Conduct regular price maintenance in the system
- Take responsibility for development projects from tendering through prototype phase to series start for complex (tank) systems and components
- Participate in analyzing specifications and documenting objections
- Coordinate quality planning (APQP) and create technical feasibility analyses
- Implement and promote FMEA methodology (internally and externally) with enthusiasm
- Initiate and actively participate in process improvements
- Conduct market analyses with curiosity and engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completed technical degree or equivalent technical/commercial training
- Experience in program management and/or project management within the automotive industry
- Excellent negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Empathetic and professional demeanor
- Strong analytical thinking, quick comprehension, precision, and high dedication
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, think entrepreneurially, and work well in a team
- Willingness to travel regularly to customers
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
