You will manage timelines, budgets and external partners, coordinate with Retail, Procurement, IT and Tech, and supervise on-site construction to ensure high-quality execution. Fluent English and German and willingness to travel up to 60% across Europe are required.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead store development projects across Europe from planning to store opening.

Your Profile

• Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in store development, construction, or project management within retail.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CAD/DWG documentation.
• Fluent in English and German, with willingness to travel up to 60% across Europe.
