Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager Reconnaissance Vehicles (f/m/d) at our Oberkochen site, responsible for managing customer projects from planning to series production within the "Reconnaissance Vehicles" area. This includes developing new products, managing project teams, and collaborating with partners and clients.

Your Tasks

1. Participate in project acquisition
2. Create concepts, user specifications, and support customer requirements
3. Manage international projects within scope, time, and budget
4. Implement systematic project planning and tracking
5. Lead project teams and manage subcontractors
6. Collaborate with internal and external partners and customers
7. Conduct presentations and prepare reports
8. Derive new products based on technical, customer, and market insights
9. Clarify technical implementations and explore alternatives
10. Develop product life cycles and service concepts
11. Analyze marketing options and competitors

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally is required.

Your Profile

1. Engineering degree in physics, electrical, precision, or mechanical engineering or similar
2. Experience managing international projects
3. Experience in leading project teams
4. Proficient in MS Office and SAP R3
5. Strong planning, teamwork, and communication skills
6. Results-oriented, structured, flexible
7. Fluent in German and good English skills
