Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in der Spielzeug- oder Konsumgüterindustrie.
• Technisches Verständnis und Kenntnisse in der Betriebswirtschaft, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung in Kalkulationen und Kostenrechnung.

What we need you for

• Manage projects and coordinate planning, implementation, and communication with clients and internal interfaces.
• Evaluate new product ideas for feasibility, suitable materials, production methods, and profitability, and develop appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with Controlling and Project Management to create calculations and maintain technical and project-related documents.
• Review print data, samples, and series parts, and approve them for production.
• Create CAD drawings for stamping and tooling parts, set up manufacturing master data, and prepare bills of materials for TÜV.
• Work closely with product management, design, product safety, and supply chain as a technical contact.

What you can score highly with

• A degree in Engineering, Business, or a comparable qualification, and comfort working in interdisciplinary projects.
• Several years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the toy or consumer goods industry, or a manufacturing company.
• Technical understanding and business administration knowledge, ideally supplemented by experience with calculations and cost accounting.
• Analytical skills, quick comprehension, creativity, and team spirit.
• Proficiency in CAD systems (2D/3D) and SAP, and fluent communication in German and English.
• Flexibility and ability to find quick, creative solutions in a dynamic environment.
