What you'll do

• Lead projects through all phases (initiation, planning, implementation, closure, and review) while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering high-quality results
• Assemble project teams, create detailed project plans (scope, budget, resources, timeline, deliverables), and define milestones and quality gates to ensure deliverables meet required standards
• Identify, assess, and mitigate product liability risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate with global product teams and stakeholders to define product liability requirements, aligning with business and customer needs while driving safety and compliance
• Organize project documentation, communicate key decisions transparently, and oversee the IT project budget to ensure cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation

Who you are

• A strong academic background in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus)
• Experienced in managing IT projects, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of business needs
• A skilled communicator who brings teams together, builds trust, and adapts quickly to dynamic environments
• Known for critical and systemic thinking, with the ability to develop effective solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Experience with Construction Products Regulation (CPR), EPD, or SDS is an advantage
• Fluent in English, with German language skills being a valuable asset
