We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Project Manager & Problem Solving Leader" (m/f/d).

• Deeply analyze and understand complex technical problems impacting FAL & VSM (Value Stream Management).
• Lead and orchestrate multi-functional teams (MFT) to collaboratively address and resolve identified issues.
• Develop clear and comprehensive process descriptions for current and future state solutions.
• Conduct thorough assessments of the industrial impact of problems and proposed solutions.
• Drive the development of innovative "to-be" solutions, leveraging design and technology.
• Perform detailed cost and benefit analyses for proposed solutions to ensure their viability and value.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks while seizing opportunities for improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Your profile:

• Completed studies in aircraft construction, engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• More than two years of professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, and Manufacturing/Production.
• Good knowledge of Risk Management.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Willingness to travel: at least once per quarter (worldwide).
