MISSION:
The Project Manager has the overall responsibility during the entire project execution and readiness phases until final acceptance and handover to Service. They must ensure and lead the team to achieve the KPIs of the project and fulfill the contract.
TASKS:
- The Project Manager is responsible throughout the project execution and readiness phases until final acceptance and handover. They manage, coordinate, and lead the project team, with authority over all aspects to ensure safe and successful wind farm installation in terms of costs, quality, time, and other KPIs.
- Act as the internal representative of the project to support services within the organization. Serve as the main contact and interface between all departments related to the project, ensuring alignment with functions such as Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, and operational departments.
- Manage financial aspects of the project, conduct risk analysis, and implement mitigation plans. Ensure implementation of all QHSE policies throughout all project phases, and ensure compliance with HSE and technical requirements at the wind farm site.
- Ensure the safety of the project team, subcontractors on site, and other stakeholders affected by the work.
- Manage relationships with institutional, commercial, and contractual stakeholders, including negotiations, claims, disputes, and contractual matters with clients and suppliers.
- Handle customer relations, contract management, claims, change orders, invoicing, and cash collection.
- Set up and maintain project management tools (schedule, risk matrix, forecast, org chart, etc.) and control/report performance indicators as defined by the PM department.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Qualifications in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields.
- Over 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Conflict resolution experience.
- International experience.
- Experience in project management, preferably in the wind sector or similar industry on an international scale.
- Project management certification (PMP) and CAPM.
- Skills in project planning, risk management, and time management.
- Experience in strategic planning, risk, and change management.
- Experience in contract negotiation and conflict resolution.
