MISSION:
The Project Manager has the overall responsibility during the entire project execution and execution readiness phases until final acceptance and handover to Service. Ensure and lead the team to achieve the KPIs of the project and fulfill the contract.
TASKS:
- Manage, coordinate, and lead the project team during the project execution and readiness phases until final acceptance and handover. Have authority over all aspects to ensure a safe and successful wind farm installation, meeting costs, quality, time, and other KPIs.
- Act as the 'Internal representative' of the project to support services within the organization. Serve as the main contact and interface between all departments regarding project matters, ensuring alignment with functions such as Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, and operational departments.
- Responsible for the financial aspects of the project, including risk analysis and implementing mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with all QHSE policies throughout all project phases and meet HSE and technical requirements at the wind farm site.
- Ensure the safety of the project team, subcontractors on site, and other stakeholders affected by the work.
- Manage institutional relationships, contractual discussions, claims, disputes, and contractual matters with clients and suppliers.
- Oversee customer relations, contract management, claims, change orders, invoicing, and cash collection.
- Set up and maintain project management tools (schedule, risk matrix, forecasts, org chart, etc.) and control/report performance indicators as defined by the PM department.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Qualifications in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Conflict resolution experience.
- International experience.
- Project management experience, preferably with PMP certification.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is a plus.
- Skills in project planning, risk management, and time management.
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
- Contract negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
