Job Description:

MISSION: The Project Manager has overall responsibility during the entire project execution and readiness phases until final acceptance and handover to Service. Ensure and lead the team to achieve project KPIs and fulfill contractual obligations.

TASKS:

• Manage, coordinate, and lead the project team, overseeing all aspects to ensure safe and successful wind farm installation in terms of costs, quality, time, and KPIs.
• Act as the internal representative of the project, serving as the main contact and interface between departments such as Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, and operational departments.
• Handle financial responsibilities, conduct risk analyses, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and technical requirements at the wind farm site.
• Maintain safety for the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders on site.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, contractual discussions, claims, disputes, and contractual matters with clients and suppliers.
• Oversee customer relations, contract management, claims, change orders, invoicing, and cash collection.
• Set up and maintain project management tools (schedule, risk matrix, forecast, org chart, etc.) and report performance indicators.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Qualifications in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• International experience.
• Project management experience, preferably in the wind sector or similar industry.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred.
• Skills in project planning, risk management, and strategic planning.
