Job Title: Project Manager – Partner Solutions
Location: Berlin, hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

We’re hiring a Project Manager – Partner Solutions to lead the cross-functional squad responsible for delivering value to these strategic partners. This isn’t a traditional project manager role. You’ll be the orchestrator of value, leading a squad (engineering, design, QA) and owning the end-to-end delivery of partner-facing solutions with high visibility across the company.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience leading a delivery squad as the central coordination and prioritization owner
- Strong track record in solution delivery, technical account management, or product operations
- Excellent communication skills in both German (C1+) and English
- A structured mindset that thrives on clarity, feasibility, and cross-team alignment
- Deep understanding of how to deliver value within constraints. You know how to say no gracefully and propose a better yes
- Experience working in a SaaS or platform environment with high stakeholder complexity

INTERVIEW PROCESS
HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME:
- Lead delivery for multiple strategic partner streams, owning outcomes and not just timelines
- Scope and prioritize partner requests in collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Product
- Balance feasibility, value, and effort using story point budgets and roadmap context
- Run planning rituals and maintain strong alignment between the squad and commercial teams
- Manage relationships with internal account owners and partner stakeholders
- Drive clarity and negotiation around scope, trade-offs, and delivery changes
- Raise the bar on delivery practices, communication, and customer success
