Our client is seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee high-profile interior construction projects for luxury cruise ships. These roles involve managing mainly new-build projects in the Papenburg Shipyard.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading project teams to foster collaboration and deliver exceptional results.
2. Overseeing contracts and budgets to ensure financial success and sustainability.
3. Anticipating and mitigating risks while managing stakeholders to maintain project stability.
4. Strategically planning and allocating resources to meet project goals.
5. Delivering consistent updates and insights throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Driving change management processes and identifying growth opportunities.
7. Supporting sales initiatives and contributing to business development efforts.
8. Engaging in internal development projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Extensive knowledge of shipbuilding and the interior construction industry.
2. Proven expertise in project management for new builds or refurbishments.
3. Solid understanding of construction principles and project workflows.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a results-driven approach.
6. Resilience and adaptability to manage complex and demanding projects.
7. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
