Job description

Tasks

• Act as focal point for supplier material enablement within Transfer-of-Work projects
• Plan and control project progress in relation to procurement and supply
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Lead cost-saving and process improvement initiatives in the procurement area
• Represent strategic procurement topics in the Multi-Functional Team (MFT)
• Conduct market and portfolio analyses to drive targeted supply chain improvements
• Monitor and optimize supplier performance
• Ensure effective risk management across the supply chain

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain / Logistics
• Several years of professional experience in procurement / materials planning and supply chain / logistics
• Experience in project and contract management
• Strong skills in MS Office, SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent German and English skills (min. C1), French language skills are a plus
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
