Qualifikationen

We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) Radiology and Cardiology (Home based) for Germany/Austria/Switzerland
Your responsibilities:
  • Serve as the central contact in the Diagnostic Expert Systems area for hospitals, collaborating closely with IT departments and clinical staff
  • Ensure excellent, customer-oriented support and ongoing satisfaction of our existing customer base
  • Project management in diagnostic expert systems, radiological information systems, and dose management software
  • Independently lead customer projects financially and organizationally
  • Coordinate and professionally handle customer inquiries related to services and product topics
  • Work intensively across departments with teams in service, support, and sales
  • Actively identify customer needs in collaboration with specialists
  • Maintain transparent communication and effective collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure continuous information flow and knowledge transfer within the company
Qualifications:
  • Completed training in medical informatics, medical technology, business informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Experience in project management and strong entrepreneurial thinking
  • Ideally, knowledge of hospital workflows and communication standards in healthcare, such as DICOM, HL7, and FHIR
  • Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Positive mindset and empathy
  • Enjoy working with diverse individuals
  • Reliability, initiative, and independence
  • Willingness to travel, especially for customer appointments and project deployments
  • Excellent German and English skills
