Danfoss is seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead strategic manufacturing footprint projects within Climate Solutions, Commercial Compressors. You will drive a global supply chain redesign to deliver a smarter, more efficient model serving customers worldwide.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage scope and budgets, and ensure on-time delivery and high quality. Fluent English is required; German is a plus as we operate in Germany and globally.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shape and lead strategic manufacturing projects, from defining the scope and objectives to ensuring they align with our global business goals.
• Orchestrate all project phases, from planning resources and coordinating critical activities to proactively resolving issues to keep everything on track.
• Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring we meet our deadlines, stay within budget, and uphold the highest quality standards.
• Act as a central point of communication, providing clear and consistent updates to stakeholders at all levels and ensuring everyone is aligned.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project performance, identifying lessons learned, and implementing best practices for future initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record of successfully managing production localization or manufacturing transfer projects from start to finish.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, ideally supported by a recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Business fluency in English is essential. German language skills are a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
