Your Mission – What you’ll do:
Project Planning:
- Together with your manager, you define the project strategy: What are our goals? What milestones are needed? Who brings which skills to the table?
- You support budget planning, submit investment requests, and help select suitable service providers.
- You keep track of all resources – technical, material, and personnel – from start to finish. Internal colleagues are just as important as external partners.
Project Management:
- You ensure everything runs according to plan – always keeping quality, timing, and budget in mind.
- If something goes off track, you notice it early and take corrective action.
- In close collaboration with teams from different divisions and external partners, you keep the project running smoothly.
- Regular project updates, status reports, and structured meetings are a natural part of your work.
Organization & Daily Business:
- You coordinate cross-departmental HR & Communications projects – working closely with our VP People & Culture.
- On a daily basis, you support your manager both organizationally and administratively – and keep communication flowing internally and externally.
- Whether it’s a workshop or a recurring meeting: You prepare, participate, document results, and ensure follow-ups are not forgotten.
- Escalation? Not your thing – you’re always on the lookout for optimization potential and think one step ahead.
Your Profile – What we’re looking for:
- You hold a completed bachelor’s degree – e.g., in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, HR Management, or a similar field. Other backgrounds are also welcome if your experience fits the role.
- Several years of professional experience in a project or HR environment – ideally, you’ve worked on larger, cross-functional projects and are familiar with both traditional and agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, milestone planning are part of your daily routine).
- You have a good feel for HR topics – Talent Management, Employer Branding, Change Communication, or internal processes are not foreign to you.
- You present yourself confidently and professionally, and communicate clearly and transparently – with both colleagues and external partners.
- Organizational talent, forward-thinking, and maintaining an overview – that’s you, even in complex projects.
- You speak and write fluent English – for international coordination and presentations.
- And: You’re willing to travel within Germany or internationally, if required by the project.
