Project Manager (m/w/d)

To strengthen our project management team at our location in Lublin, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a Project Manager (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

• Target-focused and quality-conscious management of global projects for clients from various industries.
• Monitoring project progress with consideration of deadlines, resources, and costs.
• Acting as the interface between clients and internal specialist departments.
• Managing development projects within our market environment, from the requirements/specification phase to series production readiness.
• Continuous monitoring of project budgets/risks and initiation of countermeasures.

Your profile:

• A completed technical education, university degree, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience contributing to projects in the development and production of electronic devices.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and confidence in interactions with business partners.
• Proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to work.
• Fluency in both Polish and English, spoken and written.
