For our Hamburg location, we are seeking a motivated Project Manager (m/f/d) with experience in print and media production.

Your Role at Hogarth:

As a Project Manager, you will support our team in successfully executing print and media production projects. You will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of project management and continuously develop your skills. Your responsibilities include:

1. Supporting project managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects.
2. Assisting in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets.
3. Communicating with clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth information flow.
4. Supporting the coordination between customer service, production, resource management, and finance departments.
5. Using project management tools for controlling and documenting projects.
6. Identifying improvement potentials in existing workflows and processes.
7. Assisting in coordinating the production process from print data creation to final printing.
8. Handling administrative tasks related to project management.

What We Expect from You:

• Completed training in media design, multimedia management, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial experience in print and media production is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is desirable.
• Good English skills in spoken and written communication with international clients and teams.
• High motivation and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, along with initiative and responsibility.
• Teamwork, resilience, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
