Job Description

Blue Projects is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager eager to make a tangible impact in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage industrial projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
2. Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
3. Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and clients.
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and sustainability practices.
5. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
6. Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any issues promptly.
7. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or related field).
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the industrial sector, with a focus on MEP, Utilities, and Process projects.
3. Strong understanding of sustainability principles and their application in engineering and project management.
4. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
8. Available to relocate periodically on clients' site.
