• Completed engineering degree (mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar).
• Several years of demonstrable experience in managing complex projects in industrial plant or special machine construction.
• Sound business knowledge for successful project management.
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Structured problem-solving skills and strong negotiation skills.
• Willingness to undertake project-related worldwide business trips.
