Job Description:

• Management of an interdisciplinary project team consisting of engineers, production experts, strategic purchasers and many other functions.
• Development of a cost-optimized technical system/turbine, collaborating closely with all relevant aspects of the value chain, including engineering, production, logistics, installation, and service.
• Handling various challenging tasks across all project phases, from feasibility studies to concept, detailing, prototyping, and production start in an international environment.
• Ensuring project cost, quality, and timeline targets are met.
• Professional project controlling using KPIs, including progress evaluation and deviation management.
• Implementing risk and stakeholder management strategies.
• Developing innovative solutions to reduce time-to-market.
• Preparing decision proposals and project reports for the management board.
• Continuously improving the Nordex product development process.

Your Profile:

• Degree in a technical field.
• Multi-annual, substantial experience managing complex projects, product development, or similar areas.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• High flexibility to collaborate across all company areas.
• Confident appearance and assertiveness.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Enjoyment of new challenges within a motivated, international team, paired with a hands-on mentality.
• Good intercultural understanding, professional proficiency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or German are beneficial.
