- You will be responsible for managing medium to large and complex projects in the petrochemical industry
- You will create and maintain project schedules in the software system introduced specifically for this purpose.
- You will independently plan the resources required for the project in the system.
- You specify prices and deadlines for work packages to the purchasing department.
- You will be responsible for deadline and cost control as well as risk management for the projects for which you are responsible.
- You will coordinate the in-house project teams and prepare the regular reporting to management
- You coordinate and conduct internal and external project meetings with customers worldwide.
- You coordinate project-related work packages between the specialist departments.
- You will be responsible for communication with and reporting to the customer throughout the entire project.
- You will also be responsible for setting up claims, claim documentation and participating in claim negotiations.
Your profile
- You have a technical university or university of applied sciences degree, e.g. in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar.
- Project manager with experience in handling technical customer projects in mechanical or plant engineering.
- You have a strong technical understanding and may already have professional experience in special machine construction.
- You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- You are characterized by qualities such as initiative, team spirit, sociability, assertiveness, resilience and negotiating skills.
- You also have a confident and convincing manner.
- You are also proficient in MS Office and have some experience with SAP and project management software.
