This is your new job
  1. Create initial Business Case together with Product Management
  2. Define competencies and resources needed and build up a performing project team
  3. Team leadership for multisite industrial, outsourcing or optimization projects teams
  4. Define project plans, resources needed and assign work packages within projects
  5. Report project progress using milestones and gates towards stakeholders
  6. Monitor project budget and timeline
  7. Manage escalations towards stakeholders and / or Project Review Board
  8. Drive Industrial activities/programs in the field of cost-down, outsourcing and supply resilience

This is you
  1. Master's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related subjects
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in leading complex projects in semiconductors or a similar technical industry
  3. Extensive knowledge in state-of-the-art project management tools and their application
  4. Expert in scheduling, budgeting and project definition
  5. PMP/PMI or Prince2 certification preferred
  6. Ability to lead project teams in a global, intercultural environment
  7. Expert in managing scopes, risks, change and international stakeholders
  8. Solid knowledge of semiconductor technology desirable
  9. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  10. High level of risk management proficiency
  11. Resilient and assertive with a strong customer and high-quality focus
  12. Show initiative, take ownership and have an entrepreneurial attitude
  13. Excellent communication and presentation/moderator skills
  14. Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex technical problems
  15. Independent way of working and decision-making ability
