For the site in Gilching (near Munich) we are looking for you asProject Manager (m/f/d) Customer Development.

These challenges await you:

• Take full responsibility for the planning and execution of customer-focused development projects
• Lead project teams on both the strategic and operational aspects of the projects
• Coordinate, update, and maintain comprehensive project planning and documentation in line with company standards, project management methodologies, as well as customer expectations
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant project execution, meeting all quality standards
• Regularly report on project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure effective communication in steering committees
• Provide technical and operational support to both internal teams and external stakeholders during project execution
• Closely collaborate with customers to meet their specific requirements, ensuring projects are tailored to their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external organizations, industry associations, and testing bodies

• Degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in product development and product validation
• Strong strategic and conceptual skills, with a high ability to implement comprehensive plans
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, a methodical approach, and a high level of commitment
• Goal-oriented, innovative mindset, and quick comprehension
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally
