Qualifikationen

Position Overview :
  1. Implementation Specialists operate as part of a team of 5-7 members, led by an Engagement Manager, focusing on executing large-scale transformations sponsored by the client CEO.
  2. Responsibilities include applying a methodology-driven approach to optimize, execute, and implement transformation initiatives.
  3. Work directly with clients on-site, from C-suite executives to front-line workers, taking ownership of specific areas within the transformation.
  4. Deliver transformational requirements by role-modeling, coaching, influencing, and driving success and performance improvements.
  5. Gain global experience across various industries by working with leading public and private companies.

Career Progression, Compensation, and Talent Development :

The expected tenure and compensation for each level are as follows:

Implementation Specialist I :
  • Compensation: Commensurate
  • Expected tenure: 1-2 engagement cycles (6-12 months)
Implementation Specialist II :
  • Compensation: Commensurate
  • Expected tenure: 2-3 engagement cycles (12 months)
Senior Implementation Specialist :
  • Expected tenure: 2-3 engagement cycles (12 months)
  • Followed by: 3-4 engagement cycles (18 months)
Managing Partner :

Recruitment at all levels is based on background, experience, and skillset to determine appropriate entry points and compensation.

Candidate Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • 2-8 years of successful management experience in manufacturing, production, quality, supply chain, project management, or engineering
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite weekly (expenses paid)
  • Legal right to work full-time in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Currently residing in Germany
  • Personal attributes: curiosity, leadership passion, positivity, self-discipline, commitment, integrity
  • Professionalism, resilience under pressure, continuous skill improvement, and rapid development commitment
  • Legal right to work in Germany without sponsorship; possession or ability to obtain a German or Schengen passport
