Qualifikationen

  • Relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement oder Projektleitung.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Architektur, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar.

Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung des Projektplans für die Erweiterung des Bärenheims.
  • Überwachung und Koordination der Projektteilnehmer und Ressourcen.

FOUR PAWS is the global animal welfare organisation for animals under direct human influence, which reveals suffering, rescues animals in need and protects them. The rescue center for bears is located right in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District in the North of Germany. Since 2006, the BEAR SANCTUARY Müritz has provided mistreated and neglected bears with a safe and natural home. Find out more about our sustainable campaigns and projects on our website.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for the successful coordination and the project management of the extension of the BEAR SANCTUARY Müritz.

Your contribution will be

  • (Further) developing and implementing of the project plan (including definition of project milestones and resources) for the extension of the BEAR SANCTUARY Müritz
  • Supervising and coordinating the project participants, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and supervisory authorities
  • Monitoring and risk management, including quality control and on-time project delivery
  • Managing and monitoring the project budget, schedule and financial resources

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Relevant professional experience in project management/project leadership
  • Completed bachelor’s degree in the fields of architecture, engineering or a comparable field
  • Experience in dealing with and representing authorities
  • Further training in the field of project management is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Independent, careful and structured way of working
  • Strong social and intercultural skills
