The Job
- The focus of this position is on project management: preparation of documents/contracts, updating documents, and follow-up of current projects
- Support the department head in daily project business and assist in defining, creating, and driving enhancements, as well as aligning processes globally for Capability Contract management (including consultant contracts and others)
- Assess internal consultant platform and platform integration requirements
- Self-dependently assess needs and develop solutions for enhancements of e-learning and other training related to processes and system solutions
- Proactively identify improvement areas of system solutions and support their implementation, updates, and interfaces
Requirements
- Completed studies with several years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in Healthcare Compliance and/or Contract Management is desirable
- Experience as a Project Manager (m / f / d), leading project teams, and developing business cases, plans, scope definitions, and presentations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English fluent)
- Strong project and process management skills
