As a Project Manager, you will:

1. Lead and manage project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
3. Coordinate with stakeholders, teams, and leadership to align project goals and expectations.
4. Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status reports.

As our hybrid Project Management framework is continuously developing further into an agile approach, experience with agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives) would be desirable.

1. Have 3+ years of experience in project management and/or product ownership roles.
2. Possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
3. Be able to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
4. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Business.
6. Be proficient in German and English (verbal and written).
7. Be proficient with Microsoft Suite, PowerBI, or other data analytic software.
8. Demonstrate a high level of motivation and the ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, while maintaining quality and accuracy.
9. Be well organized and able to work with minimal supervision and oversight.
