Qualifikationen

• Abschluss in Biologie oder Biochemie mit Doktorgrad erforderlich.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Main contact for a customer for a running course program
2. Project management and monitoring of specific course content or customer
3. Supporting person at course activities (including travelling)
4. Supervised organization of training of pathologists for external customers (external & in house). This includes the generation of training material and selection of training cases in accordance with the Executive Vice President Pathology and Medical Affairs/Laboratory Director
5. Coordination and control of inventory purchase & management. This includes negotiations with vendors and manufacturers, reagents and office equipment for Biomarker Academy, review of purchase orders of Biomarker Academy, supply chain management
6. Review of request of proposals (RFP), contracts, project plans and other related documents
7. Generation of project design documents such as RFPs, budget plans, project plans, risk analyses, literature research etc.
8. Coordination of projects in collaboration with respective departments and partners
9. Supervision, monitoring & controlling of project progress (budget, quality, time) and maintenance of project progress within project management software
10. Generation of required deliverables such as reports
11. Key contact for customers of the relevant project

Position Qualifications (Education, Skills, Experience):

1. University degree in biology or biochemistry or natural science, conferral of a doctorate graduation. Master only in case of additional work experience.
2. Professional experience in biomedical research, clinical trials or other biomarker related experience is a plus.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Strong team and project management abilities.
5. Problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
6. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality and precision.
7. German native speaking or very good German skills (C1- or C2-level)
8. Very good English skills
9. Very good communication skills
10. Good computer knowledge (e.g. MS Word, Excel and PPT)
11. Position is planned on-site with option of home office
