Your mission

• Lead cross-functional project teams through all phases of project delivery (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
• Coordinate deployment of telecom and multimedia technologies (e.g., inmate communication platforms, secure mobile devices, video visitation, digital content systems)
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, legal) and external partners/vendors to meet technical and regulatory requirements
• Manage budgets, timelines, and risk across multiple concurrent projects
• Support the creation and refinement of project documentation, technical specifications, and handover materials
• Conduct regular stakeholder reporting, including status updates, escalations, and resource planning
• Ensure all solutions meet required compliance standards, including data protection, security protocols, and operational integrity
• On-site visits and technical assessment of the implemented measures
• Proactive communication with customers and execution of workshops and meetings
• Supporting national and international tenders
  
  

Your profile

• A successfully completed (technical) university degree or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in project management, ideally within regulated or security- sensitive sectors (e.g., corrections, defence, healthcare, finance)
• Strong knowledge of IT environments, including: network infrastructure, telecommunications systems, mobile device management, multimedia platforms (e.g., video, audio, content distribution)
• Proven ability to work as a team player across multicultural and cross-functional environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments
• High self-initiative, autonomy, and resilience under pressure
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Fluency in German (minimum upper intermediate B2) and English (written and spoken) is required
• Additional languages such as French, Hungarian, or Dutch are a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally and work flexibly across time zones
