As a Project Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, teams, and leadership to align project goals and expectations.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status reports.

As our hybrid Project Management framework is continuously developing further into an agile approach, experience with agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives) would be desirable.

Follow your Passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• 3+ years of experience in project management and/or product ownership roles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering oder Industrial Business
• Excellent language skills in German and English (verbal and written)
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, PowerBI or other data analytic Software
• High level of motivation and ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, while maintaining a high degree of quality and accuracy.
• Well organized and ability to work with minimal supervision and oversight
