Discover your exciting role

In this role you will be responsible for complex EPC projects or sub-projects for semiconductor, flat panel display, photovoltaic or battery production facilities.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

1. Be responsible for achieving the project targets for EHS, project schedule, project quality and project costs
2. Act as the key communication channel with the client and the project representative of the company
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of the contract with the client including scope, terms, conditions etc.
4. Lead the project team to identify all potential project risks and develop the risk mitigation plans, and escalate such risks to the project director if necessary
5. Provide the accurate project status report to the project director or corporate management timely
6. Provide leadership to the project team, develop and define the responsible matrix to the project team, organize the project team
7. Make sure the corporate standards, guidelines and procedures are properly downloaded to each project team member and are implemented throughout the entire project period
8. Develop the project execution plan, review, approve and implement the PEP into the project organization
9. Update the PEP regularly and review it with project director or corporate management
10. Be responsible for the development of all sub-plans, review and approvals in the PEP

Show your expertise

1. Master Degree in Engineering or Architecture
2. Several years of experience in related industries / industrial construction
3. EPC project management experience
4. Detailed knowledge project execution and coordination
5. Broad technical understanding of CSA and MEP systems
6. High willingness to travel (EU) and to stay on site for the construction period
7. PMI certification advantage
8. Good communication and motivation skills
9. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
