Job summary

Exyte in Berlin is seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead end-to-end delivery of Media Supply projects, interfacing with customers, suppliers and internal teams. You will oversee planning, execution, and performance to meet contractual, financial, quality, and schedule objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, project management experience, and excellent communication. German language is not specified; English fluency is essential for international coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering or a technical background with extensive experience.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Media Supply projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Disciplinary and functional leadership of the project team including performance management and resource planning.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Serve as the primary interface for customers, suppliers, and key project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, opportunities, change requests, claims, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and present project status reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to customers and management.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for our major project activities in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and successful delivery of Media Supply projects, ensuring achievement of contractual, financial, quality, and schedule objectives. The role serves as the primary interface to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, leading multidisciplinary project teams while supporting business growth, project acquisition, and strategic objectives.

• Overall responsibility for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Media Supply projects, ensuring achievement of scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.


• Disciplinary and functional leadership of assigned project team members, including performance management, development, coaching, and resource planning.


• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.


• Serve as the primary interface for customers, suppliers, and key project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.


• Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, opportunities, change requests, claims, and corrective actions.


• Prepare and present project status reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to customers and management.


• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations.


• Support business growth, project acquisition activities, and the achievement of strategic and operational business objectives.


• The position currently supports a key customer account and major project activities located in Berlin.
